We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Registered Koola Buck users can view order history under “Account” if the order was placed while logged into their account. To view your order history, log in to your account and select “Orders.” If an order was placed online while using guest checkout, please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Shipping & Returns
We normally ship orders within 24-48 hours. Shipping transit can take 2-8 business days depending on distance and shipping method.
Your satisfaction is important to Koola Buck. If there is an error while fulfilling your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return for a refund (shipping costs are non refundable) within 30 days of your original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (based on the original purchase price).
