How long does shipping take?

What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to Koola Buck. If there is an error while fulfilling your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return for a refund (Shipping costs are non refundable) within 30 days of your original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a credit card processing fee  (based on the original purchase price). Orders placed on our website only ship within the United States. For shipping outside the United States please email support@koolabuck.com or call (814) 849-9695 for more information.

  • Shipping to United States and Canada. Call (814) 849-9695 for shipping details for your location.
  • Residential & Business addresses only. No PO Boxes.
  • Shipping method at the discretion of Koola Buck.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping and processing.
  • In the event that the shipping address provided is not deliverable, we reserve the right to hold your order until we are able to get in contact with you for a proper ship-to address.
